The Friends of Colwood Parks is working with the City of Colwood to acquire, store and maintain a set of tools that can be shared by a small army of volunteers. Eventually, a schedule and booking system will be implemented to ensure these tools are put to the best use and more volunteers can tackle the many parks we want to improve and maintain.
